Our Philosophy
These are frequency-infused, Reiki-blessed, energetic tools formulated with specific intention. Once a product is opened and used, it has absorbed your energy and cannot be resold or re-blessed for another person.
What We Accept Returns For
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

Wrong Item Shipped: If we sent you the wrong product (hey, we're human), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
What We Do NOT Accept Returns For
Scent Preference: We do not accept returns or exchanges because you don't like the scent. These are luxury fragrance-based products. Scent is subjective and personal. All scent profiles are described in detail on product pages - please read carefully before purchasing.
"It didn't work" or "I didn't feel anything": Frequency work and energy healing are subtle and work differently for everyone. Some people feel immediate shifts, others notice changes over time. We cannot accept returns based on subjective energetic experiences.
Change of mind: All sales are final once the product is opened or used. If you're unsure about a product, start with a single item rather than a full kit.
Opened or Used Products: Due to the energetic nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items. Once a product has been opened, it has interfaced with your energy field and cannot be resold.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return (for authorized returns only), refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
"Can I return a product if I'm allergic to an ingredient?" Unfortunately, no. All ingredients are listed on product pages. It's your responsibility to review ingredients before purchasing. If you have sensitivities, please read carefully or contact us with questions before ordering.
"What if the scent gives me a headache?" We cannot accept returns for scent sensitivity. These are fragrance-based products - if you're sensitive to scents, we recommend starting with a single product to test your tolerance before purchasing a full kit.
"Can I exchange one scent for another?" Unfortunately no, please read each scent profile carefully before purchasing.
"What if my package is lost or stolen?" Contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be located, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. We're not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier - please ensure your shipping address is secure.
"Can I cancel my order?" Yes, but only if we haven't shipped it yet. Contact us immediately at [your email]. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
"Do you offer samples?" Not at this time. Product formulations require specific Reiki blessing and frequency infusion processes that make samples impractical. Start with individual products before committing to full kits.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We take great care in packaging, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your product arrives damaged:
Don't throw anything away - we need photos of the product and packaging
Email us within 7 days with photos and your order number
We'll send a replacement immediately (or refund if you prefer)
We want you to have products that work. If something arrives broken, we'll make it right.
